Given the craftsmanship of our product, production times vary from 5 to 10 working days.
​We will notify you via email as soon as your skirt is shipped, with express delivery to Italy in 24/48 hours.

Shipping throughout Italy is free.
​For shipments in the European area or outside Europe the cost varies depending on the country and the reference price list.
Before confirming your order, contact us to find out the exact cost.
No responsibility can be attributed to A.O. Skirts by S.R. in case of delay in processing the order or in delivering what was ordered.

Upon receipt of the package, we invite you to check that the package is intact and undamaged.
Any disputes must be reported to the courier at the time of signing for collection.
Returns Policy
Our skirts are handcrafted and made to measure for the customer.
Each one is different from the others, depending on the cut of the fabric.

For this reason, as specified in the Consumer Code,
We cannot offer the Right of Return for Custom Made Goods.

We expose all the features of the product in the dedicated section, and for any further information, do not hesitate to contact us.
We have put all our effort into ensuring that the images and colors of our creations are as faithful as possible.
However, they may not perfectly correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Since we cannot offer a refund of the amount paid, we ask you to verify the fundamental information you provide us before confirming the order.
If the item received has defects or does not correspond to the description, in application of Legislative Decree 05/22/99 n. 185, we ask you to let us know.
We will take immediate action and ask you to return the item, perfectly intact and with the same packaging as when you received the goods, within 10 days of receiving the goods.
Payment Method
Payments in execution of the Purchase Contracts stipulated through the Site may be made via the payment systems displayed when completing the order.
At the time of conclusion of the Purchase Contract, the Customer will confirm the operation, after having verified the summary of the order and carried out the necessary checks.
We reserve the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. telephone number).
Otherwise, we may exercise the right not to accept the order.

For greater guarantee and security of the customer, at no time during the purchase procedure does A.O. Skirts by S.R. is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction.
None of our computer archives will store such data. Under no circumstances, A.O. Skirts by S.R. can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on www.alessandraonorato.com.
