Do you also tailor other custom skirt models?

No, we have chosen to specialize in the high-waisted four-pleat skirt model
I saw a skirt with a fabric that is sold out. Is it possible for it to become available again?

No, our skirts are all limited edition, and we purchase enough fabric to produce a maximum of 3 pieces. However, with each new collection, you will find many new alternatives.
Do you have a store?

No, we only sell online. But feel free to contact us for any doubts or questions.
How can I gift a skirt without having the measurements of the person I'd like to gift it to?

Don't worry, with our Skirt Card, you won't need measurements. The recipient of the gift card can choose their fabric and send us their measurements afterward.
Is it possible to return my skirt?

As stated in our Returns Policy, we cannot offer the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Goods. We kindly ask you to double-check the two measurements provided before placing your order. Returns are always guaranteed in the case of defective items. Please refer to the dedicated section for all specific information.
What does an online consultancy meeting involve?

Our online consultation includes a 30-minute virtual meeting in which we will answer all your questions. For example, we can assist you in taking your measurements, show you or provide specifications on your preferred fabric.
